Two years and nothing to say? Hardly.
Once upon a time, I thought that with ‘frank, open dialogue with our clients‘, we would succeed. I really want to believe this is true. Sometimes, it still works. Often, it doesn’t.

Which are we? Which am I? It probably depends on the day, or the hour, or the minute. There’s a plethora of clichéd affirmations to set us straight but ‘the proof is in the pudding’ and today is ‘when the rubber hits the road’.
My rigid British upbringing taught me to be close-lipped, private, emotionally distant. This is fine when we work in isolation and don’t need to operate with anyone or build relationships with suppliers and clients. But we don’t work in a vacuum, our business is not that unique and we don’t have all the answers.
Are we looking for help? No, we’re looking for opportunities. With our skilled staff, supportive suppliers and valued customers, we are going to turn these opportunities into successes.
